Good to Know

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before your first visit.

Do you take my insurance?+

No — I'm an out-of-network, cash-based provider. I can provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) after each visit that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. My goal is to deliver the highest-quality care without the restrictions imposed by insurance plans.

I do accept FSA/HSA cards, as long as they're affiliated with a major credit card.

Do you treat my pain?+

Yes. I provide assessment and treatment for musculoskeletal pain in any region of the body, including the spine, upper and lower extremities, and complex movement-related conditions.

What should I expect on my first visit?+

For your initial evaluation, please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. Completing your medical history form online before your appointment will save time and allow for more hands-on treatment during your visit. Together, I'll review your goals and develop a personalized plan to help you return to moving without pain or fear.

For a wellness session, come dressed and ready to move, stretch, and explore new ranges of motion.

Where are you located?+

The clinic is located at my residence, in a dedicated treatment space situated above the garage — a quiet, private setting for focused, one-on-one care.
