A North Carolina–licensed physical therapist dedicated to restoring movement, reducing pain, and empowering people to engage in the activities they love.
I am a North Carolina–licensed physical therapist and the founder of Integrative Rehabilitation & Wellness, a private practice dedicated to restoring movement, reducing pain, and empowering individuals to engage in an active lifestyle and the activities they love.
With a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Elon University, I bring clinical experience in orthopedics, trigger point dry needling, manual therapy techniques, neuromusculoskeletal rehabilitation, pre- and postpartum care, TMD, hypermobility spectrum disorders, and movement retraining. My treatment style blends whole-body, mindful movement principles shaped by my background as a yoga instructor and my undergraduate studies in dance and peace studies at Goucher College.
Throughout my career, I have pursued advanced training in Myopain Dry Needling, Functional Movement Systems (FMS), Medical Therapeutic Yoga, the EDS ECHO international clinician program for EDS/HSD, and core-first motor control strategies.
In addition to my clinical work, I have supported touring performing artists, including national dance and music productions, giving me unique insight into the physical demands placed on high-performance movers. My experience in dance, yoga, and therapeutic movement informs my integrative approach — honoring the connection between strength, alignment, and functional mobility.
I am passionate about meeting each patient where they are, helping them understand their bodies, and guiding them toward sustainable movement patterns that support lifelong wellness. My practice centers on individualized, one-on-one care built on trust, education, and empowerment for individuals of all ages.
